Students will...
  • Analyze causes and effects of major conflicts (History 2e), and...
  • Determine and explain the historical context of key people and events including the examination of different perspectives (History 2a), by...
  1. Students should add the definitions of Propaganda, Mobilization, Rationing, Investment (Bonds), and Enlistment to their vocabulary notes.
  2. Students should find information about WWI Propaganda posters on the internet. 
    1. Students will pick and explain three posters.
  3. Students will then research trench warfare.
    1. Students must try to find the most disturbing descriptions of life in the trenches, copy the descriptions, and properly CITE the source. (MLA format using the Writing Tools link on this site.)



Due Dates

  • Propaganda Poster explanations are due today.
